Our service personnel take on professional field duties after completing the required seminars and training. To deliver faster, higher-quality solutions, we use state-of-the-art measuring equipment.
The measuring and control instruments we use are calibrated by TSE and the relevant institutions. This allows us to proceed with reliable measurement results throughout fault detection, maintenance and repair processes.
When a fault occurs in your Aref-brand chiller units, we provide a service guarantee of 2 hours within İstanbul and 4 hours outside the city. Since the components used in our chiller units are kept in stock in our warehouse, no spare part issues arise.
