About Heat Exchanger Air Blower

Cold air coils are used to provide efficient heat transfer across the air flow. They offer compact and highly efficient solutions in process, HVAC and custom cooling applications.

A cooling coil is a finned heat exchanger that transfers heat between the air passing through it and a refrigerant or chilled water. It is used in HVAC and industrial cooling applications where the air needs to be cooled.

As refrigerant or chilled water flows through the copper tubes inside the coil, the aluminum fins on the tubes increase the heat transfer surface area. The air passed over the coil releases its heat to the fluid through the fins and, once cooled, is delivered to the space.

It provides highly efficient heat transfer thanks to its large surface area. Its compact structure allows it to be easily integrated into tight spaces. It can be custom manufactured in different capacities and sizes. It delivers energy savings with low pressure drop.

The fins must be cleaned regularly to remove dust and dirt. Care must be taken to ensure the fins are not crushed or deformed. The tube connections should be checked for leaks. Ensure that the condensate pan and drain line are not clogged.
